Flavor and Flair Market is a new market that is held outdoors on Saturday nights at Casteel High School, located at 24901 S Power Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142 from 5pm to 9pm.
No. This is an outdoor night event with no water or electricity provided. Vendors must supply their own safe, working generators or power sources, appropriate lighting, and any necessary equipment.
Food Trucks: $75 (No percentage of sales is collected!)
Invoices will be sent via Square shortly after acceptance, and will be sent out monthly after first event date. You will be initially billed for first month of selected dates. Payment is due immediately upon receipt.
Unpaid spaces will be automatically forfeited and given to the next vendor on the waitlist.
No. All vendor fees are strictly non-refundable, and refunds are not provided for cancellations.
The market will be held rain or shine, unless it is deemed unsafe. If we do cancel due to weather, we would offer a refund or make up date to apply the fee to. If a vendor cancels, they would forfeit their vendor fee and would not be offered a refund.
We are a new market so we really don't know how many attendees we will have. We are hopeful that we will have a good turnout as there are not any other markets on Saturday nights in the area. The church across the street also has family night every Saturday and we hope to get a good amount of their guests to come over after services. We are doing our best to promote the event locally and on social media to increase attendance, and are also asking vendors to help spread the word and increase foot traffic.
We are allowing up to 2-3 vendors in each category, depending on the vendor type. Our goal is to create a vibrant, diverse market experience for our shoppers. Rather than having total exclusivity, we will be carefully curating our layout so that vendors offering similar items are spaced out across the venue. Even within the same broad category, each vendor brings a unique style, price point, and product lineup. Shoppers appreciate having options, and offering a diverse selection actually helps to bring more foot traffic to the market overall.
